We at Visolent India Private Limited, value your privacy and recognise the importance of maintaining it at all times. We appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on www.visolent.com, www.3es.co.in (hereinafter individually a website and collectively the websites) and other offline sources and applies to all visitors to our websites. By visiting and/or using our websites, you agree and will be deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

The websites are property of Visolent India Private Limited, an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 103, Bloomingdale CHS, Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (W) – 400 607. Visolent India Private Limited is also a non-deposit taking, non-systemically important, Credit & Investment Company as licensed by the Reserve Bank of India.

Information we collect

• Contact information: We may collect various data including (but not limited to) name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country in case of individuals. In case of companies, we additionally collect, inter-alia, name, location, details of signatories and shareholders, legal status, credit profiles, various registration identifiers, compliance status etc.

• KYC information: We may collect Know Your Customer (KYC) related information including Directors and Key Management Personnel in case of companies. These include PAN, AADHAR, location identifiers and credit profiles.

• Financial Data of the company: We may also collect your financial information to take key decisions regarding eligibility of funding and/or any other ancillary services that we may provide, either directly or indirectly.

• Documentation: We collect various documents, files of various types for the purposes of, including but not limited to, assessment, identification, use in legal proceedings, facilitating routine operations and sharing with partners of Visolent and/or 3ES. These will be stored by Visolent/3ES in perpetuity unless otherwise required by law to be removed.

• Credentials: We will collect, at various times, your personal credentials to enable logging into various third party websites, portals etc. like one-time passwords, login IDs, passwords, captcha selections, answers to security questions etc. These are collected solely for the purpose of accessing data from such third party websites and are not stored by Visolent/3ES.

• Information you post: We collect information you post in public digital spaces and/or on our websites.

• Other information: On accessing our websites, we collect information about your IP address and other system information. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our websites, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us.
